| 摘 要： | 橙皮素是一类重要的天然黄酮类化合物.报道了由橙皮苷制备橙皮素的方法,并对其反应机理进行研究.采用一维红外光谱和二阶导数红外光谱对橙皮苷和橙皮素的结构进行了表征.

| Abstract: | Hesperetin is an important natural flavonoid. The conversion of hesperidin into hesperetin and mechanism of reaction is reported in the paper. Hesperidin and hesperetin are characterized by one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy and second derivative infrared spectroscopy. |
