| 摘 要： | 从国家对人才的需求考虑,研究生的英语教学目标和课程设置应适时调整。在基本解决听说的基础上,研究生英语教学应该着力培养学生的读写能力,尤其是原文专业文献的阅读能力和科技论文的写作能力,使他们在今后的工作中能以英语为工具,吸收国外先进的科学文化,在学科和专业领域内具有较强的国际竞争力。适时调整研究生英语教学目标出现的偏差,设计出有效实现新的教学目标的课程是提高学生专业文献阅读能力和科技论文写作能力的关键。

| Abstract: | As college students' English communicative competence improves,the objective of postgraduate English teaching should be shifted to the emphasis on the training of reading and writing abilities,especially of the abilities of original professional literature reading and academic writing.These abilities will enable them to use English in international competition in science and technology of their own discipline. |
