| 摘 要： | 文章从价值观、史学、养生等视角着手,对传统武术的价值功能进行完整的梳理:技击是传统武术本质的体现;健身是传统武术当今社会的主要流行趋势;修德功能是传统武术的终极目标.同时对传统武术的发展提出一些建议与策略,以期对宏观把握传统武术起到积极的作用.

| Abstract: | The essay analyzed the Value of Traditional Wushu from history with the viewpoint of life value and built-body in order to understand the Traditional Wushu.The attacking and defending is its essence of Traditional Wushu;the built-body is its popular trend;the self-cultivation is its ultimate objective.Then the paper put forward some suggestions for the development of Traditional Wushu. |
