| 摘 要： | 城市的合理发展目标是必须建设成规划布局合理,配套设施齐全,有利工作,方便生活的城市。这种合理的发展中,公交企业的发展极大的体现着一座城市的发展水平。那么如何能使公交企业更好的发展？本文结合抚顺城市公交企业的发展现状,从基础建设、技术管理、企业改制、政策支持等方面进行了研究。
