| Abstract: | This article makes an analysis of the existing problems in the purchasing journals and magazines in libraries of schools which have recently been promoted from professional schools to universities, clarifies the principles that should be followed by the journal selections, and puts forward some measures and solutions to the problems of the libraries. |
