| 摘 要： | 目的探讨沐舒坦治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效。方法将68例新生儿肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用沐舒坦治疗,比较2组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论沐舒坦能明显改善患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,值得临床上推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of assisted treatment in infant bronchial pneumonia. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the 2 groups were given conventional therapy, the treatment group plus ambroxol treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. To compare the efficacy of the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference. Conclusions Ambroxol can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in children, hospitalization days, reduce hospitalization expenses, which is worthy of clinical application. |
