| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高等学校的核心工作,学科建设管理模式的创新与改革对学科建设发展起着至关重要的作用。体育院校的学科建设管理存在管理部门分散、运行不顺、学科建设经费不足等问题。在全面提高高等教育质量和学科交叉融合愈加紧密的背景下,提出体育院校学科建设实行优势特色学科特区模式,并辅之以立项建设、规划建设模式的矩阵式的、综合型的学科建设管理模式。

| Abstract: | Discipline construction is the core work of colleges and universities.Innovation and reform of management of discipline construction play an important role in the promotion of discipline construction.There are some problems in the management of discipline construction,such as administrative department dispersion,unsmooth operation,inadequate funding of discipline construction.Under the background of improving the quality of advanced education comprehensively and interdisciplinary integration,the SAR mode of advantageous characteristic discipline is applied in discipline construction of Institute of Physical Education,supplemented by project construction,planning and construction which,in other words,mean matrix and comprehensive management of discipline construction. |
