| Abstract: | In principle of laws,the conception,gradations and contents of reader rights are stated in this article to analyze the significance of the study of protections for reader rights.The paper also opens out the main injustice existing in library service,and brings forward 7 pieces of advice to improve protections for readers' rights. |
