| 摘 要： | 为消解工业化进程给现实社会带来的诸多不和谐,运用文献法、逻辑方法、系统方法,就我国少数民族地区当前存在的不和谐特征、及少数民族传统体育在构建少数民族地区和谐社会中的作用和途径进行了研究.得出:广泛开展少数民族传统体育活动,并在活动中进行人文精神、人与自然和谐相处的教育,充分发挥少数民族传统体育的课程资源价值、旅游资源价值等促进西部地区社会发展,能有效地促进少数民族地区人与自然、人与社会、人与自己的和谐.

| Abstract: | In order to alleviate the disharmony brought by industrialization,the paper studies disharmony in minority regions,and the functions and means of the tradition sports for the construction of harmonious society there by literature review logically and systematically.The study shows that to accelerate the modernization of the minority region and promote the harmony between human,nature,and society,the tradition sports should be developed,as well as humanities spirits.The resource of traditional sports course and tourism should also be made full use. |
