| 摘 要： | 本文通过理论分析指出,在中国特定的历史条件下,高校创办并拥有校办科技企业的产权是一种制度创新。但在新的形势下,为了保证校办科技企业的持续发展,大学完全拥有校办企业产权的安排需要改革。在产权制度变革过程中,高校在企业中的利益应得到尊重。企业不仅要继续做好高校技术成果孵化器的工作,还应当注意提高自己的管理能力。

| Abstract: | This paper argues that,in certain hi storic situation in China,it was a ki nd of institutional innovation for universities to establish hi -tech e nterprises and own their property rights.Under present new circumstances,how-ever,property right arrangement of those enterprises needs change in order to ensure a sustainable developm ent of the enterprises.The interests of university should be protected during the change of property arrangement.Those enterprises should continue to be th e technology incubator for the university and improve their business man agement. |
