| 摘 要： | 湖南农村城镇化要将中心村镇的村庄建设作为城镇序列体系的基础层次。中心村镇建设能有效地改造农村面貌，培养农民城市化意识，为湖南农村特别是边远和落后地区农村城镇化作好准备。规划科学合理、功能分区明显的中心村镇能够克服过去小城镇建设中的问题，成为湖南农村城镇化健康，快速发展的基础。

| Abstract: | The economic and political conditions determine that the construction of the central villages should be taken as the basic level of township. Construction of the central village effectively reforms rural areas and raises the farmer's awareness of urbanization making preparations for the remote and backward rural areas in Hunan to be urbanized. The central villages which are scientifically mapped out and well functioning can overcome the problems met by the town in the past and become the basis of the healthy and rapid development of the urbanization of Hunan rural areas. |
