| 摘 要： | 介绍了工作过程导向的电子产品生产工艺与管理课程改革的具体做法。该课程以实际电子产品为载体,以电子产品生产过程为主线,采用理实一体、实训生产、顶岗实习三环相扣的教学模式,开展工学结合教学。通过理实一体教学,使学生初步掌握工艺管理与技术方面的知识和技能;通过实训生产,使学生真正得到生产工艺与管理的培训;通过顶岗实习,使学生接受一定的职业训练,取得一定的工作经历。经过实践证明,这对提高学生专业技能、职业素养及顺利地进入职业生涯方面取得一定成效。
