| 摘 要： | 朝鲜核问题是国际社会关注的问题之一,而几经周折达成的朝美核框架协议则是关系到朝鲜半岛局势的缓和,东北亚地区的稳定和美国与朝鲜关系改善的重要问题。本文就落实该协议所遇到的各种困难及前景进行了分析。并且指出和平解决朝鲜核问题对朝鲜半岛局势及区域合作将产生积极影响。

| Abstract: | The Korean nuclear issue is one of concerns of international societies,and the agreement of Korean and American nuclear frame reached against a lot of setbacks concerns the ease of the situation of the Korean peninsula,the stability of northern—eastern Asian areas,and the improvement of relation of America and Korea. With regard to carrying out the agreement, the paper analyses various setbacks and its future,and points out that peacefully settled Korean nuclear issue will have positive effects on the situation of the Korean peninsula and inter—regional cooperation. |
