| Abstract: | Based on the theory and practice of promoting the industrialization of water conservancy,it is pointed out that the advance of resource water conservancy deepens the cognition of water resources industry.Water ownership and water market are probed and the thoughts on the industrialization of water conservancy are suggested.It is stressed that the industrialization of water resources must be looked at dialectically and propelled forward on several levels. |
