| 摘 要： | 作为在当代社会日益融合的两种人类理想和实践,民主和宪政有着各自不同的规范含义,在实践中也表现出不同的经验特征。它们在各自所追求的价值上也存在着某些冲突。但因为民主和宪政都是西方自由主义发展的结果,二者在逻辑上也存在一定程度的关联——某种相互补充、强化的关系。

| Abstract: | As the growing integration of the human ideals and practice in contemporary society,democracy and constitutionalism have different meaning,and in practice,there are also different experienced characteristics between them.There are some conflicts in pursuit of their value,but both democracy and constitutionalism are the results of the development of Western liberalism.There are logic correlation in a certain degree between democracy and constitutionalism. |
