| Abstract: | Quantitalive analysis was carried out with the internal and the exernal standard method. EPA and DHA in fish oil were determinated by capillary gas chromtograph. Recovry were 99. 71 100. 51 % . RSD were 2. 19 3. 65 %. The results showed that this method is accurate and reproducible. |
