| 摘 要： | 运用抛体运动原理并结合运动实践,对投掷项目的最佳出手角度问题进行了较为深刻的探讨。论证了出手角度与出手速度、出手角度与运动成绩及出手速度与运动成绩的关系。结果表明,投掷项目中最佳出手角度都远远小于45°,尤其是标枪和铁饼表现的最为突出,而且,出手角度在某种程度上影响最大出手速度。

| Abstract: | Using the projectile principle and practice, the article mainly studeied the optimum angle of projection in the throwing events, and discussed the relation between projection angle and projection speed, projection angle and performance, projection speed and performance. Result show optimum angle of projection is far lower 45* in throwing events, especially javelin and discus events, moreover projection angle affected optimum projection speed by some degree. |
