| 摘 要： | 人格的塑造和发展要受生物遗传和社会环境双重因素的交互影响。生物遗传决定人格发展的可能性,社会文化环境决定人格发展的现实性。社会文化对人格塑造既有正面的影响,也有负面的影响。控制和不断优化社会文化环境是促进青少年人格健康成长的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Personality is formed by both human heritage and social culture,The former decides person's development and the later decides the realization.Social culture has some positive influence and negative influence as well.It is necessary to control and improve the social culture to grow young people's healthy personality. |
