| 摘 要： | 本研究对广东理工学院三个年级学生的职业心理素质现状进行抽样问卷调查，并对调查结果进行量化统计，对其结果进行分析发现，一部分高职生存在职业心理素质不佳、自我认识模糊、职业规划缺乏、就业期望过高等现象。在此基础上，笔者提出一些职业心理辅导建议，以期对提高高职学生职业心理素质起到积极有效的作用。

Survey and Analysis of Current Situation of Professional Psychological Quality of Higher Vocational College Students |

| Abstract: | The sampling questionnaire survey on status quo of students＇ professional psychological quality was done among three grades students of Guangdong Polytechnic College. The researcher conducted quantitative statistics and analysis of the results, and then the researcher found some higher vocational college students have some phenomena, that is, poor psychological quality of occupation, fuzzy self- consciousness, the lack of career planning and higher employment expectations. Based on the results, the researcher puts forward some suggestions on the occupational psychological counseling in order to improve professional psychological quality for vocational college students. |
