| 摘 要： | 我国已进入全面建设小康社会的关键时期。面对当今科技经济发展的总体态势,走创新型国家发展道路是我国面向2020年的战略选择。面对新形势和新要求,我们一定要全面落实科学发展观,大力实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略,把提高自主创新能力摆在全部科技工作的突出位置,把增强自主创新能力作为国家战略,贯彻到现代化建设的各个方面,贯彻到各个产业、行业和地区,在实践中走出一条有中国特色的自主创新之路。

| Abstract: | Our country has reached the critical time for building a well-off society in an all-round way.Under the epidemic situation of technology economic development,our strategy toward 2020 is to develop our country's innovation.With the new situation and requirement,we must carry out comprehensive scientific concept of development,implement the strategy of Invigorating the country through science,education and talented person,and take enhancing the ability of independent innovation on the core position of all technologic work.We also should take enhancing independent innovation as the strategy of our country,and implement the strategies into all aspects of building modern country,and in all industries and areas,find an independent innovation road with Chinese characteristic in practices. |
