| 摘 要： | 新闻专业的学生由于受到国家相关就业政策、高校扩招、新闻行业发展变革的影响,以及自身专业狭窄和综合素质不高的制约,他们的就业形势十分严峻。新闻专业教育要应对这一严峻的就业形势,须加强通识教育、培养特色人才以及着重培养学生的职业能力和职业精神。

| Abstract: | Due to the influence of relative national employment policies,the expansion of college recruitments,the reform of the news industry development,and the constraint of their inadequate professional competence and quality,the employment situation of journalistic department students is very grim.In order to adapt to the severe employment situation,journalistic major education shall strengthen general education,cultivate special talents with emphasis on training students'professional competence and spirit. |
