| 摘 要： | 职业教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,是提高劳动者素质,为我国现代化建设提供技术技能型、知识技能型和复合技能型人才的重要基地。为此,要认真学习《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》,深刻理解《决定》的基本思路,以实现科学发展为出发点和落脚点,按照《决定》的要求,把科学发展观贯穿于高职院校发展的全过程和教学科研管理的各个方面,提高教育教学质量,着力培养适应经济社会发展需要的高素质劳动者和技能型人才。通过实施"四项改革、四项计划和四大工程",构建有中国特色的现代职业教育体系。 |
