| 摘 要： | 岗前培训是促进高校青年教师职业专业化发展的重要途径,是当前高校师资队伍建设的基础性工作。但当前高校青年教师岗前培训还存在着一些问题,如青年教师对培训的功利性认识、培训内容陈旧、考核机制不健全等。因此,要真正有效地实现青年教师岗前培训目标,必须对这些问题加以解决。

| Abstract: | Pre-work training is an important way of promoting young college teachers to the specialized profession and serves as foundation work for young college teacher team construction.But some problems exist: a utilitarian attitude towards the pre-work training,the out-of-date training methods,inadequate evaluation system,etc.These problems must be solved in order to effectively realize the training objectives. |
