摘    要:《中小学教师职业道德修养》作为一门继续教育的必修课,教师在教学过程中应变教师主体为学生主体,变注入式为启发式,变小课堂为大社会,变只教书为又教书又育人,变单纯理论为情理交融,师变一刀切为因材施教,力争在短时间内全面提高学生的师德素质。

Abstract:The lesson of the professional moral accomplishment for teachers of primary and middle school is a required course for Continuous Education.Teachers should change their roles as main parts into objects. They also need to make the small classroom into big society.Teaching knowledge to students is teachers' task as before,but now how to teach them to be good men is also teachers' resposibility.
