| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来和我国加入世界贸易组织（WTO），药品领域的知识产权保护问题越来越受到医药行业乃至全社会的高度重视和普遍关注。药品注册与药品知识产权保护是药品上市并取得成功的重要环节和根本保障，因此，研究和理顺药品注册与药品专利保护之间的关系，充分发挥两者在促进药品研究开发中的协同作用具有很强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | With the advent of knowledge economic era and China＇s joining into WTO, the problem of intellectual property rights of drug has become increasingly important to pharmaceutical industry and even to whole society. Drug registration and pharmaceutical patent protection is the most important part and basic guarantee for it＇ s listing and make good winning. Drug registration and pharmaceutical patent protection is the most important part and basic guarantee in drug listing and getting success. Therefore it has a strong practical significance to study and rationalize the relationship between the drug registration and pharmaceutical patent protection, to give both full play of promoting synergy in pharmaceutical research and development. |
