| 摘 要： | 分析了我国高职教育课程体系设置现状，认为存在的主要问题是重理论，轻实践；重知识的系统性，忽视所学知识与当前企业发展之间的联系。提出将绩效技术融入高职课程教学设计的改革设想，并以此为基础．设计出基于绩效技术的高职课程教学模型。
