| Abstract: | The legitimacy of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage is one of the hot topics in the law circle.The paper,based on the concept and scope of intangible cultural heritage,clarifies the relationship among intangible cultural heritage,traditional knowledge and folk literature and art.It also explores the legitimacy of legal protection and ultimately confirms legitimacy of intellectual property system to the non-material cultural heritage. |
