人力资本投资收益-风险与大学生择业行为

摘    要:教育投资是人力资本投资的重要形式,大学生完成学业后,面临着要选择职业和实现投资回报。在理论上,家庭财富、教育投入成本、职业收入以及分散劳动收入风险的成本是衡量职业价值的主要指标。从调查实际来看,对职业收入、家庭财富以及可分散劳动收入风险成本的地区、单位等变量的选择是影响大学生择业的重要因素。结论认为,大学生择业过程是在人力资本投资收益-风险约束下,根据个人的风险偏好,以职业价值最大化为目标,把职业收益和职业风险成本统一起来的抉择过程。

Abstract:Schooling is the main investment of human capital, so after graduation, students are faced with the situation of job selection and investment return. Theoretically speaking, family wealth, educational cost, career income, and the cost of diversifying labor income risk are the chief variables in viewing career value. The survey in the present study shows that some of these variables are saliently effective in explaining students' behaviors of career selection, such as family wealth, career income, and the region and enterprise, all of which may decrease the cost of diversifying labor income risk. The paper concludes that job selection is a process of unifying career return and risk cost, being determined by the return-risk of human capital investment, personal risk preference and maximum utility of career value.
