| 摘 要： | 职业教育的本质属性、地位作用以及职业教育与人和社会的关系等是职业教育的基本问题。职业教育的本质是培养技术应用型技能型人才，本质属性是技术技能职业性。职业教育在教育体系中处于不可替代的地位，能够促进社会经济发展。职业、技术、教育是影响职业教育的三元素。

| Abstract: | The basic points of professional education are its essence and property , its status , the relationship between professional education and man and that between professional education and society. Its essence is to train applied skill talents. Thus skill -oriented profession is the property. Professional education is irreplaceable in the education system, which can promote the social economic development. Profession, technology and education are three factors of orofessional education. |
