| 摘 要： | 从历史的角度看,佛教逻辑包括"汉传因明"与"藏传量论"两个传承,玄奘法师先后译出《入论》、《门论》,建构出汉传"因明"体系,在汉语系佛教传承中逐渐形成了以窥基《因明入正理论疏》为核心文本的具有大乘佛教唯识宗之理论特色与取向的注疏研习系统。由于玄奘法师依唯识宗而确立见地,因此汉传因明与印度大乘唯识学有着密切关联,但陈那所创新因明体系在本质上应是"佛教量论",而"因明"一词的确切所指应是弥勒唯识学的"七因明"学说,是故玄奘以因明一词加于本来题名为《正理门论》、《入正理论》之前,实质是以"唯识因明"来限定作为独立认识论之逻辑学体系的陈那"量论",由是导致了汉传因明作为"论议道"性质之逻辑学的基本走向。但唯识"七因明"与陈那"量论"并不一致,且有本质区别。
