高校运动员与非运动员健康素养比较分析

摘    要:目的:了解福建省高校运动员与非运动员健康素养水平和具备健康素养影响因素的差别,为体育类高校根据体育生群体特点制定稳健的干预措施提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对1526名运动员与非运动员健康素养得分和具备水平进行比较分析,Logistic回归比较分析具备健康素养的显著性影响因素,Pearson比较各类健康素养的相关性。结果:运动员与非运动员同类别健康素养得分和具备率均很低而且相差很小,各类素养均低于2017年国家基线水平;具备素养影响因素,仅科学健康观在家庭地域、没读过素养知识以及安全与急救在没读过素养知识等组间呈共性差异;运动员与非运动员3方面健康素养两两之间均非常显著相关,科学健康观与传染病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗以及健康信息,安全与急救和传染病防治、健康信息以及基本医疗,基本医疗与健康信息等8对问题也均显著相关,传染病防治与健康信息的显著相关单独存在非运动员中。结论:运动员与非运动员健康素养与健康中国行动要求差距大,具备健康素养的显著性影响因素共性差异少,在加快推进健康素养专项建设和教育的过程中,需适度区别对待,重视显著相关问题之间的联合教育。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the difference between the health literacy level and the factors affecting health literacy of athletes and non-athletes in colleges and universities in Fujian Province,and to provide a basis for sports colleges to formulate robust pre-measures based on the characteristics of sports student groups.Method:A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to compare and analyze the health literacy scores and proficiency levels of 1,526 athletes and non-athletes.Logistic regression comparative analysis was used to analyze the significant influencing factors of health literacy.Pearson compared the correlations of various types of health literacy.Result:Athletes and non-athletes have very low health literacy scores and availability rates in the same category,and the differences are small.All types of literacy are lower than the 2017 national baseline level.They have literacy influencing factors,and only have a scientific view of health in the family area and have not read it.Knowledge literacy and safety and first aid showed common differences among groups who had not read literacy knowledge.Athletes and non-athletes were very significantly related to each other in terms of health literacy.The scientific concept of health was related to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,safety and first aid,and basic medical care.As well as health information,safety and first aid and prevention of infectious diseases,health information and basic medical care,basic medical and health information,8 pairs of questions are also significantly related.The significant correlation between infectious disease prevention and health information exists in non-athletes alone.Conclusion:There is a big gap between athletes'and non-athletes'health literacy and health China's action requirements,and there is little common difference in the significant influencing factors of health literacy.In the process of accelerating the construction and education of health literacy,it is necessary to treat it differently and pay attention to the joint education of significant related issues.
