| 摘 要： | 汉语教学（包括华语教学）自2005年以来有了新的变化。这些新的变化给汉语教学在现有的汉语教师的数量和质量、现有的汉语教材、现有的有关汉语和汉语教学的研究成果、现有的教学模式和方法、现有的汉语教学评估与汉语测试手段、现有的汉语教学手段等方面都带来了一系列的新问题。新的问题提出了新的任务，我们要大力加强汉语教学的基础性研究，增强汉语作为第二语言教学学科意识，适应发展的需要，树立新的意识。
