| 摘 要： | 树立新的安全观是新中国几代领导集体的一贯思想。当前由于霸权主义和强权政治的存在并有新的表现,国际经济旧秩序的负面影响,通过总结历史经验,加上全球非传统安全威胁增加,特别是我国的经济建设需要一个和平稳定的国际环境等原因,致使新安全观的建立显得十分必要。我们应采取积极有效的措施,推动新安全观的建设。

| Abstract: | Establishing the new thought of security is the consistent consideration of the several generation collectives of new China.Nowadays,due to hegemonism and its new content,the negative influence of the old order of international evonomy,and the increasing global threat of non-traditional security,it is urgent for us to establish the new thought of security because China need a peaceful and stable international enviroment to develop its evonomy.We should take active and effective measures to promote the construction of the new thought of security. |
