| 摘 要： | 立足于马克思主义基本立场,从现实性角度研究诚信观,通过对现存的种种诚信观标准的批判认识,提出诚信观在中国的现实定位。即在批判继承中国传统诚信文化的基础上,依据中国社会主义市场经济和时代特征建立起来的普遍、平等、理性、义利统一的社会诚信观,是道德诚信与制度诚信的统一。树立中国现实诚信观应坚持法律约束与道德教化相结合、契约关系与人的永恒真情相结合。

| Abstract: | Based on the Marxism standpoint,the realistic view of integrity in china inherits the Chinese traditional culture of integrity critically.It is the universal,equal,rational,social integrity view unifying righteousness and advantage in accordance to socialism market economy and the era characteristic.It is the unification of moral integrity and system integrity.To suppose the realistic view of integrity in china,we should persist unifying the legal restraint and the moral enlightenment,unifying the contractual relationship and human's eternal true feelings. |
