| 摘 要： | 关于“三个代表”的思想,是以江泽民为核心的党中央站在新世纪的高度,高瞻远瞩,统揽全局,为了继往开来而对党的工人阶级先锋队性质的新概括,是在新的历史条件下马克思主义党建理论的大发展,是新时期进行党建工作的纲领性理论,因此,作为党员干部和马克思主义理论工作者,应自觉地学习,在微观上深刻地理解每个“代表”的基本内涵,在宏观上系统地把握“三个代表”的整体框架,并结合国际,国内的时代背景了解其重大意义,要按照江泽民提出的“一程序”、“二不断”、“三必须”、“四落实”和“四紧密”的对策将其能动地贯彻落实。

| Abstract: | The thought of "Three Representatives" is a new generalization about the vanguard character of the working class of the Communist Party made by the Party Central Committee with Jiang Zemin as the core standing at the height of the new century, and a new development of the Marxism on the theory of Party's construction in the new historic conditions, and a programmatic thought of the Party's construction in the new times. Therefore, as the Party members and Marxism workers, we should self-consciously study Jiang Zemin's thought of "Three Representatives", understand profoundly the basic meaning of each "representative" from the microcosmic level, grasp systematically the whole frame of "three representatives" from the macroscopic level, combine the international and internal times background to realize its important significance, and carry it out actively according to Jiang Zemin's countermeasures:"one process", "two continuations", "three musts","four fulfilments" and the "four compactnesses". |
