| 摘 要： | 固定资产是高职院校教学、科研及社会服务等工作赖以生存、发展的物资基础，是提高教育教学质量的重要保证。但随着高职院校办学规模不断地扩展，校园校舍、教学设施、实习实训基地等不断地扩充，传统的资产管理体制难以适应高速发展的新要求。诸如资产管理思想陈旧、手段落后、效益低下等问题；资产添置的平均主义问题；资产使用的绩效考评与激励问题等等。因此，对高职院校资产管理的现状及对策进行深入探讨十分必要。

| Abstract: | Fixed assets are the material foundation of teaching, scientific research and social service work in higher vocational colleges, which is also the guarantee to improve the quality of education and teaching. With the development and expansion of higher vocational colleges, campus buildings, teaching facilities and training bases increased continuously, the traditional asset management system couldn＇t adapt to the fast development. Moreover, the paper puts forward the main problems existing in fixed assets and intangible assets： institutional defenses, unclear responsibilities, ossified thinking, unclear property rights, etc.. The writer raises measures of improving and strengthening the management of assets. |
