| 摘 要： | PDCA全称PDCA循环，是一种科学的工作程序和管理模式。本文以长江职业学院为例，通过运用管理学中的PDCA循环原理，分析在高职教学质量管理中应用PDCA循环理论的必要性和可行性。

| Abstract: | The full name of PDCA is the Plan-Do-Check-Action Cycle, which was first put forward by the American quality management expert Dr William Edwards Deming. It＇s a scientific working procedure and management mode. Taking the Changjiang Professional College as an example, and using the management PDCA cycle theory, this essay analyses the necessity and feasibility of applying PDCA cycle theory to higher vocational teaching quality management. |
