| 摘 要： | 由于企业所面对的是不断变化的市场和内部自身发展,企业的组织结构逐渐演进,由网络化组织结构到模块化组织结构成为必然.文章着重介绍了模块化组织结构的工作机制和促进企业形成模块化组织结构的外部驱动力,以及模块化的组织结构如何提高企业的自主创新能力,满足顾客的多样化需求,适应不断变化的市场环境,从而提高企业竞争力.
