| 摘 要： | 本文首先在分析我国工程管理专业办学情况的基础上,提出了实现跨越式发展是我校工程管理专业面临的首要问题,接着介绍了我校工程管理专业人才培养的目标和特色,然后围绕着目标研究了工程管理这一新兴领域的人才应具备的知识、能力和素质结构,重构了“公共课 专业平台课 专业方向课程 专业拓展课 实践性教学环节”的合格 特色培养模式的课程体系,最后阐述了在教学方法和实践教学方面的改革。

| Abstract: | Based on the background information introduction of the engineering management major,this paper firstly proposed the most important problem for HAZU's engineering management major is to achieve a leapfrog development.Then the training goa1 and training characteristics of the engineering management major in our university were introduced.After that a new curriculum characterized by "qualified features" was rebuilt which was composed of "public courses major basis courses major direction courses major expansion courses practice teaching " to achieve the required knowledge,ability and quality structure.Lastly the reform in teaching methods and practice teaching was elaborated. |
