| 摘 要： | 为了备战北京奥运会国家制定了“119工程”，加大了对田径运动训练的投入力度，也看到了可喜的成绩，但是可喜成绩的背后也产生了很多的负面效应，即本文所要探讨的社会风险问题。包括运动员的退役问题，田径运动训练的回报问题，以及兴奋剂给地区和国家带来的负面影响。应找出更加合适的方法将风险降到尽可能低的限度或规避风险。 |

| Abstract: | In order to prepare for Beijing Olympic Games,our government have made "119 Project",and has increased the athletics training intensity,also have seen gratifying results,but behind the gratifying achievements it also produced many negative effects which is social risks will be discussed in this paper,including the problem of the retirement of the athletics and training returns,as well as the negative effect of Doping to countries and region.According to the discussion we could find out more suitable methods to reduce the risks to lowest limit or avoid risks possibly. |
