| 摘 要： | 绿色贸易壁垒又称环境壁垒,它具有名义上的合理性、形式上的合法性,因而对我国的出口市场、出口产品的国际竞争力、双边或多边贸易关系都有影响,同时还加剧了污染产品及污染产业向我国转移。所以我国应调整贸易结构和产业结构,通过政策导向推动企业进行清洁生产,严禁国外污染产品和产业流入我国。

| Abstract: | Green trade barrier,also called environmental barrier,has its justification and legality both in name and form,so it has influences on China's export market,international competitiveness of our export goods,and bilateral or multilateral trade relations,and at the same time speeds up the danger of shifting polluted industry to China.China therefore must adjust its trade and industrial structures,urge enterprises to make pollution-free products by adopting certain protective policy and strictly forbid polluted goods and industry from entering China. |
