| 摘 要： | 北京城市学院(原海淀走读大学,下同)心理健康教育体系是根据大学生的心理发展特点,运用心理学的理论和技巧,结合学校及社会资源,开展学生心理健康教育及咨询工作的系统,其目标是适应未来社会对人才素质的要求,努力提高北京城市学院全体学生的心理素质,增进学生心理健康,培养学生健全人格,帮助学生解决成长过程中遇到的心理问题,发展学生个人潜能,促进学生全面、健康发展。北京城市学院心理健康教育体系主要分为六个部分:学生心理状况调查、开展心理健康教育、建立心理健康教育的计算机网络平台、开设团体小组(工作坊)训练课程、职业指导系统、个别心理辅导与咨询。

| Abstract: | According to the undergraduate characters, the system of psychology health education practises the theories and techniques of psychology, combining the resources of the university and society. The aims of the system are to develop the level of psychologic ability, to make students more healthy, to bring the students' personality up, to solve the problem in the development, to waken the potential and finally make the undergraduates whole develop. The system includessix parts: the investigating of the undergraduate, the lectures of psychology health, the psychology education in network, the group counseling, the career development counseling and the individual counseling. |
