| 摘 要： | 运用组织行为学和团队理论的基本理论和方法,对科研团队的形成及成长机理进行了探讨,提出了团队形成的三个基本条件,分析了10种影响团队形成和发展的力量,比较了科研团队发展的四个阶段特征,最后,就团队发展中相关问题提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses on forming and growing mechanism of research group with basic theory and the way of Organizational Behavior and team theory,puts forward three basic conditions of the forming of research group,and analyzes ten forces that influence forming and development of research group,and compares four phase characters of research group development.finally,The paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and advice on the problems about the development of research group. |
