| 摘 要： | 成人高校的学员具有思想上的独立性、性格上的定型性、学习态度上的功利性和学习形式上的松散性,对他们要以文化氛围来进行潜移默化的教育。师资、学员和校园构成学校文化氛围的三大部分,而领导的重视、资金的投入和环境的烘托又是营造文化氛围的三个重要方面。

| Abstract: | The students in adult higher learning who are provided with independent character on their mind, fixed mode in their nature, utility of attitude towards learning, and disorganized habits of learning are exerted a subtle influence with cultural atmosphere. The cultural atmospheres include the academic re-search during teachers and students and propaganda in campus. It is important for leaders to pay attention to building cultural atmosphere and putting funds into it. |
