| 摘 要： | 南京图书馆作为我国最早的省级公共图书馆之一,已经走过了整整一个世纪的历程。进入21世纪以来,南京图书馆新馆转变服务观念、更新思想认识,举办公益活动与推进延伸服务、实行免费办证,降低了准入门槛,实现了对社会的全面免费开放。与此同时,提供细节服务,注重人文关怀。实行全面开放后,在产生良好社会效益的同时,也出现了新的问题:阅读环境受到一定影响、文献资源保障力度不能完全跟上、运营成本增加、管理难度加大。因此要加强科学管理,全面提升综合服务水平。

| Abstract: | As one of first-founded provincial public libraries, Nanjing Library has traversed a whole century. Since entering the 21st century, new Nanjing Library has executed many new treasures: changing the concept of services and updating ideological understanding; holding activities of public good and promoting extended services; providing certificate for reading free of charge which lowers entry thresholds and achieves a comprehensive free to society. At the same time, Nanjing Library provides services in detail and focuses on humane care. After comprehensive opening up, new problems emerge along with social benefits, that is, the environment of reading is influenced to some extent; the protection of literature resources is not satisfied; operating costs increase and the management becomes more difficult. Therefore, Nanjing Library should strengthen scientific management, and enhance the levels of services. |
