| 摘 要： | 高等教育公平是社会公平在高等教育领域的延伸。在建设和谐社会的背景下，高等教育公平正在为社会各个阶层所关注。文章对高校收费制度和高等教育公平问题进行了分析探讨，并在此基础上提出了一些完善现行高校收费制度，促进高等教育公平的相关对策。
