| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着研究生招生规模的不断扩张,研究生教育质量的保证成为我国高校面临的现实问题。我国高校研究生教育组织模式有一级管理模式和二级管理模式两种,在研究生教育规模扩张的形势下,部分高校通过建立三级管理模式、跨院系建立研究院等方式来提高研究生教育管理效率。研究生教育组织模式改革要坚持培养工作为中心、合并机构、提高人员素质等原则,以保证研究生教育健康发展。
