有效教学设计的实践操作范式研究

摘    要:新课程改革倡导有效教学,提出教学应以教师为主导、以学生为主体。有效教学设计是实现有效教学的前提和保证。本文所探讨的有效教学设计仅针对教师和学生这两个"人的要素"而言。只有把握教师主导和体现学生主体的教学设计,才能更好地体现新课改倡导的理念;只有发挥人的主观能动性的教学设计,才堪称有效教学设计。
