| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育已经由精英教育阶段步入到大众化教育阶段,我国在当前高等教育大众化背景下,大学生的就业问题日益突出。本文通过对高等教育大众化、大学生的择业观和大众化对择业观的影响三方面进行研究,具体分析大学生的择业观以及其特点,有利于高校毕业生实现充分就业。

This paper studies the popularization of higher education, College students’ view of employment and the influence of the popular view of the specific analysis of the view of College students and its characteristics, is conducive to realize ful employment for College graduates. |
