| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法，从发展历程和落实办法两方面对我国大学生体质监测管理政策法规进行研究。结果表明：我国大学生体质监测管理政策法规建设在数量、层次、具体措施上已初具规模，但缺乏执行力、可监控性以及针对性。建议：完善现有政策法规与配套制度的出台应紧密结合；加快研制微观性政策法规；完善大学生体质监测管理政策法规体系。

Researches on the Current Situation of Chinese College Students’ Physique Supervision and Management Policies and Regulations |

| Abstract: | By using the method of document literature, this article carries out a research on the college students’ physique supervi-sion and management policies and regulations in our country based on the development course and concrete measures. The conclu-sions shows that:the college students’ physique supervision and management policies and regulations in our country has begun to take shape and showed up with characters of quantity, level, measures and targets, but still exists some problems of lack of policy enforcement, monitoring as well as pertinence. Suggestions showed that: we should perfect the existing policies and regulations, closely integrated with a supporting system;speed up the development of microcosmic policies and regulations against for college students' physique monitoring and management;and build students' physique monitoring and management policies and regulations system. |
